Vision Statement
Our vision is to fight the stigma through teaching self-belief and advocacy skills to mental health consumers through San Joaquin County to “Believe and Achieve” that recovery is taking our power back which gives us hope for a better future.
Mission Statement
Our mission is to empower, educate and inform those facing challenges of mental illness, that they are not alone and that through unity, advocacy and leadership, they are able to bring awareness to the community in a positive way.
Power ‘N Support started in 2005 and actually paved the way for The Wellness Center of San Joaquin County to be born. Their main objective for the last 10 years has been to advocate for a crosswalk at Vine and California Street across from Behavioral Health Services.
